2012 Infokorea : An Essential Guide for Educators
Introduction
Infokorea is a magazine that introduces Korea to readers overseas, including teachers, textbook developers and other educators. The magazine offers the latest statistics on South Korea in general that can be used as a reference source for textbook writers and editors, as well as supportive reading materials for classroom. In addition, the magazine has articles that focus on Korean culture, society and history. The theme of the 2012 issue was Korean economy, and it had three articles “Korean Industry Transformed from Industrious Revolution to Industrial Revolution Underpinning Innovation,” “The Economic Growth of South Korea,” and “Rethinking the Miracle on the Han River.”
