Title | Study on the Inland water surface conditions, and Humans’ relation with them during the Joseon period: Focusing on River boats and Freshwater fishes Lecturer | Morihira Masahiko(森平雅彦), Kyushu University, Japan Date | November 10th (Thurs.), 2022, PM 02:00 This lecture is delivered online (ZOOM) ZOOM (ID: 912 3272 5370). Abstract In this lecture, major Korean rivers such as Han-gangand Nakdong-gang, and how they were during the Joseon period, will be examined based on information obtained in the lecturer’s own field studies. Also discussed will be various issues such as river boat transportation, consumption of freshwater fishes and local conflicts over fishery, etc.
