연구 목적

 현대 산업사회의 도덕성을 결여한 적자생존의 원리는 경제적 불평등과 사회적 계층 간의 갈등고조로 정치적 불안정과 경제적 퇴보라는 악순환의 과정을 밟기 쉽다. 본 연구는 이를 극복하고 민주자본주의 사회가 지향하는 정의로운 민주복지사회의 건설을 위한 직업 윤리의 체계화가 목적임. 

연구 배경

 본 연구자가 수행한 1991년도 연구과제인 "직업윤리의 방향 설정에 관한 연구"의 후속 연구로서, 국내외의 문헌중심으로 연구할 것임.
